Our Process
Seed Selection
Choose high-quality seeds or nuts that are suitable for oil extraction.
Cleaning
Clean the seeds to remove any dirt. This can be done by hand or using a machine.
Grinding
Grind the seeds or nuts into a paste using a grinder or a mill.
Pressing
The seeds are placed in a wooden press or an expeller press, which applies pressure to extract the oil.
Settling
The oil is settled into steel tanks to remove any remaining solids or impurities.
Storage
Store the oil in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
